We’re Seeking Volunteers at Upton

Do you have a few hours per week that you would like to volunteer to Bless Community Support. We’re in need of additional volunteers to support our community sessions.

Volunteers are currently required for Monday’s Memory Friendship group  1.30 - 3.30pm joining us for exercises and engaging fun activities also helping with refreshments.

Thursday’s  Afternoon Tea and Quiz (1.00 - 4.00pm) to assist with setting up tables and room set up for activities, help making refreshments and tidying up afterwards.

Our volunteers also enjoy getting to know new people from our community, connecting back with old friends by helping out at our sessions it also helps us find our purpose by helping others.
