New Weekly Wellbeing Sessions at Hemsworth Already Proving a Hit with Local Attendees

We are excited to announce the launch of our new weekly wellbeing sessions at Hemsworth, which began two weeks ago and have already become a favourite among local attendees. These sessions offer a variety of practices designed to enhance your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing in a relaxed and friendly group environment.

Over the past two weeks, participants have enjoyed exploring different wellbeing practices such as:

  • Breathing Techniques: Learn how to harness the power of your breath to calm your mind and body.
  • Aromatherapy: Experience the soothing effects of essential oils to enhance your mood and promote relaxation.
  • Movement for Energy: Gentle exercises designed to boost your energy levels and improve overall physical health.
  • Guided Meditation: Take a journey inward with guided meditations that help reduce stress and increase mindfulness.
  • Relaxation: Techniques to help you unwind and release tension from your body and mind.

Each session provides a unique opportunity to tap into your specific needs, whether you're looking to enjoy some calming downtime or explore your spiritual wellbeing over a cuppa and chat with new friends.

We’re delighted to have Holistic and Energetic Therapist Bev Ross joining us twice a week to share her expertise and guide our group through these restorative practices.

🗓️ When: Uplift Mindfulness and Positivity on Wednesdays / Relax and Unwind Meditation on Fridays
🕙 Time: 10am - 11am
📍 Where: Units 1 & 2 Highfield Centre, Hemsworth
